The purpose of the Citizens' Advisory Budget Committee is to study all phases of the city's budget and make recommendations to City Council.

Board Information
There is created a citizen's advisory budget committee for the city for the purpose of making studies of all phases of the budget of the city and to make recommendations and reports to the council, in connection with any phase of the budget which has received the consideration of the citizen's advisory budget committee.
Usually meets at the Aurora Municipal Center, 15151 E. Alameda Parkway, Ponderosa Room, first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, meetings are held virtually.
Must be a resident in Aurora and serves same 4-year term as Mayor or Council Member that appointed the member.
